v 1.11 - Animate hiding of buttons

Note - apparently this app was uploaded without the graphics for the Sort Event & Settings.
This has been corrected in v 1.12 which is awaiting approval by Apple.

This is a minor upgrade to some of the graphics in the app, and new functionality to hide/view the user interface items.

Pressing the arrow on the right hand side animates the buttons right, leaving just a arrow pointing left which when pressed will animate the buttons back on to the screen.

The Icons on the settings screen are now placed at the bottom of the screen and animated upwards if an ad is to be displayed.
