v 2.32 - Warning Messages & iOS 8

This release contains some minor updates and a couple of bug fixes and will be the last before the release on iOS 8.

v 2.31 - Defaults for Adding an Event to the device Calendar

Two New Settings have been added 
  • Default for Adding Alarm to the Calendar Entry
  • Default no of minutes for the Alarm prior to event
Add to Calendar defaults

These setting are used when an event is added to the device's calendar then indicate
  1. Whether an alarm should be set
  2. How Long before the event that the alarm should sound.

v 2.30 - Tap Picture to Change & Voice Over

This release contains the following changes:

New Accessibility Feature - Voice Over
iPhone - Add Tap to Change text next to the Event Picture
Bug Fix - Tapping Day of Week brought up Keyboard
Correct spelling mistake in iPad version.


To make it clear how to change the Photo for an Event the text Tap to change was added.

Voice Over is an Accessibility feature on the iPhone that helps partially sighted or blind users know what is user their finger when the screen is tapped. Each user interface element has been enabled for voice over.

v 2.29 - Default Minutes for New Event & Bug Fixes

This release contains the following features:
  • Default Minutes to 0 when creating a new event
  • Bug Fix - Reset the Next Image No if it has got out of sync with the actual images.
  • Change name for Back Button on Event Details screen
  • Remove Default Button title for picture
  • Do not delete the Default Image when deleting an Event
  • Harmonise Text Colors on iPad Details Screen

When creating a new event the default for the minute of the event is set to zero.

v 2.28 - Day of the Week

This release adds following features:
  • Increase size of button to Select Date & Time on iPhone version
  • Add the Day of Week to Main Screen
  • Add the Day Of the Week on Event Details & Date Picker screen
  • Display a message after saving picture to the picture roll

You can click anywhere on the Date or Time of the event to bring up the Date or Time selection screens rather than having to tap on the Arrow buttons.

The Day of the Week for the Event is now displayed on the Main screen and on the Details screen, see the screenshots below.

After saving a Picture to the Picture Roll a confirmation message is displayed.

v 2.26 - Save Event Image to Photo Roll

This release introduces the ability to save your event image to the Photo roll.

If you have take a picture with the device's Camera then you can now save the Picture to the Photo Roll.

Just go the Event Details Screen and tap the Save to Photo roll button highlighted in the screenshot above.

v 2.25 - Airdrop

The main new feature in release 2.25 is airdrop.

This uses the built in Airdrop feature build in to the iPhone 5 and onwards and the iPad 4th Generation and onwards.

On the main screen, take the export button to bring up the export screen. There is a new option, airdrop.

Tapping the airdrop button brings up the airdrop selection screen
User Selection

Tapping on the user's picture will bring up the following screen on the 2nd users device.
Accept Airdrop

Press Accept and the event will be created and the backgroud picture will also be sent along with the event. You may wish to reposition the picture once the event has been created.
