Countdown to an Event (v 1.08)

The following features have been added in v1.8

• Add ability to show weeks for an Event
• Add text showing the Date & Time of the Event 

• Updated Icon for iPhone 3G, 3Gs, 4 (Retina Display) and iPad 

Countdown to an Event (v 1.07)

This release provides an update to the iPhone version of this app.
(This update will be submitted to the app store on 08/04/2011.)

Pressing the info button will now take you to a list of the existing events.

From here events can be added, updated, deleted or re-ordered.
To add a new event press the Calendar icon below the list.
To update an event press the arrow button on the right hand side of the event to be edited.
 
The following screenshot shows the updated details screen

To delete an event press the edit button and a delete Icon will appear against each entry in the last. Pressing this will prompt you to confirm the deletion.

To re-order the events press the edit button and select the row re-order handle on the right hand side of the entry to be moved and drag it into the desired position.

Countdown to an Event (v 1.06)

Version 1.6 adds the ability to assign a different photo to each event.
Just go to the event you want to assign a photo to and add it from the Picture roll or Camera.

The Icon has been improved for the iPhone 4.

The Icons at the bottom of the screen have been improved for the iPhone 4.

Countdown to an Event (v 1.05)

A minor update to display time since an event if the event is in the past.
The text is changed to red to indicate that the event is in the past.

The App can now store mulltiple events.
iPad version now uses popovers rather than a flip view.
Change text color from black to white making it easier to read on the dark background.
Double tap the picture to select a new picture.
Swipe left and right to move between events.
Buttons added to bottom of the screen to move between events.

Preferences

Use the Settings screen to Add/Update/Delete an event.
To add a new event press the Add New button
To delete an event press the Delete Event Button.

On the iPad the flipside screen has been replaced with a popup. Events may be added & deleted from the popup.

Countdown to an Event (v 1.03)

New button added - display picture. On pressing this button the text & clock will fade away so that the picture can be seen without any writing overlaying it.

It is now possible to move & scale the image when selecting from the picture roll (iPhone only at the moment)

The Picture button now has an icon.

A splash screen is now displayed in place of a blank black window on startup.

Countdown to an Event (v 1.02)

Countdown to an Event is simple Event Countdown timer.
This new version is now compatible with the iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch and has been tested on iOS 4.


New to version 1.02:

A small digital clock is now displayed below the countdown.




The date & Time are now entered on separate screens by pressing the associated arrow buttons.
