1. Repositioning of the Background Photo
To resize & Reposition the background photo for an event, tap the lower left icon of the toolbar (highlighted below).
Then use 1 finger to pan the picture and 2 fingers to zoom in/out.
2. Swipe Gestures
There are 3 swipe gestures on the main screen.
Swipe left/right to move to the next/previous event.
Swipe up to display the List of Events.
Phil, just got an iPad mini (Wifi, 128GB, retina). With the countdown app, changing and scaling the background picture worked fine on my old iPad1, but now some pictures simply aren't working right. The application appears to be struggling to keep up. Some pictures either don't display at all (black background) or the previous picture will remain when changing pages. Surprising the very same pictures work fine on my iPad1, but not on my shiny new iPad mini. Any ideas?
