Version 4.0 - Local Event Notifications

A Local Event Notification will now be displayed when an Event Occurs.



Tapping on the notification will start the App.

The App Icon will badge will be incremented by one.
When the program is run, the Icon Badge will be removed.

  2. Please ensure you are running the latest version of iOS and the latest version of the app.
    (There was an issue with devices running iOS 7 and an earlier version of the app.)

  3. Hi Phil, since apple update 10 my countdown will not open at all. Will you be making adjustments. As above all my birthdays etc on there.

  4. I love your app, and have used it successfully for many years. However, I'm now getting too much of a good thing. In the last few months, I have received a couple of advanced notices of my birthday. Today's notice told me it was 329 days away, which is correct.

    That's great, but it's kind of irrelevant until maybe a week or so to go. I hope I don't get too many more of these. Should I recategorize this event from "Birthday" to "Default" so I won't get these spurious notices? Nothing else is wrong. I am running the latest iOS version 10.02.

  5. If I add an event on my iPhone in countdown, doesn't it feed to my app on my ipad?

  6. I'm having the same problem. When I first got my ipad and downloaded the app, the events showed up. But any event I've added since then are not showing up on my ipad

  7. I have used this app for years, just moved to android and cannot find it anywhere in plastered. Please help.
